These Terms explain the rules that apply when you access or use EliteAuth.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms govern access to and use of the EliteAuth websites, dashboard, APIs, SDK examples, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you use EliteAuth for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. The service
EliteAuth provides tools for software authentication, license management, device binding, session verification, and related developer workflows. Features may evolve as the platform is maintained and improved.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for configuring your applications securely. Do not share passwords, server secrets, service-role keys, or active session tokens.
4. Your applications and data
You retain responsibility for the applications, license records, configuration, content, and end-user data you submit. You grant EliteAuth the limited right to process that information only as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service. You must have a lawful basis to collect and process device identifiers or other end-user information.
5. Permitted use
You may use EliteAuth only for lawful software and in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe systems outside the Responsible Disclosure Policy, resell access through deceptive practices, or use the platform to facilitate harm.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an evolving basis. We may update, limit, replace, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or product development. We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Optional donations
EliteAuth is free forever and donations are voluntary. Donations do not purchase service credits, priority support, ownership, additional limits, or premium features. Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible; verify the wallet address and network before sending.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or infrastructure, investigate abuse, comply with law, address nonpayment to third-party services that materially affects operation, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EliteAuth is provided “as is” and “as available.” No software licensing system can guarantee that client software will never be modified, bypassed, copied, or attacked. You remain responsible for broader application security, backups, compliance, and business continuity.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EliteAuth and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, revenue, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, law, or security practices. Material revisions will be identified by a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
