This policy defines prohibited activity and the standards required to use EliteAuth responsibly.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy protects EliteAuth users, infrastructure, third parties, and the broader internet. It applies to all accounts, applications, API requests, SDK use, and content processed through the service.
2. Illegal or harmful activity
You may not use EliteAuth to create, distribute, monetize, license, or support malware, ransomware, spyware, credential theft, phishing, unauthorized surveillance, botnets, destructive tools, fraud, harassment, exploitation, or activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
3. Unauthorized access and evasion
You may not use the service to gain unauthorized access, bypass security controls, evade platform enforcement, conceal malicious activity, scrape restricted data, attack other systems, or perform security testing outside the Responsible Disclosure Policy.
4. Rights and representations
You must have the rights and permissions needed for the software, names, content, data, and end-user information you process. Do not impersonate others, misrepresent affiliation with EliteAuth, or use the service to facilitate deceptive sales or false security claims.
5. Service integrity
Do not intentionally overload, disrupt, reverse engineer for abuse, circumvent quotas or controls, automate account creation, interfere with other users, or send malformed traffic designed to degrade or exploit the service.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary. We may preserve or disclose information where legally required or necessary to address abuse, security, or safety concerns.
7. Reporting abuse
Report suspected policy violations to admin@eliteauth.lol. Include relevant public identifiers and a clear explanation, but do not send passwords, active secrets, or unrelated personal data.
8. Changes
We may update this policy to address new risks, legal requirements, or service capabilities. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date.
