This policy describes the information EliteAuth processes, why it is used, and the choices available to users.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy covers personal information processed through the EliteAuth public website, account registration, dashboard, worker API, support channels, and related operational systems.
2. Information we process
Account information: display name, email address, authentication records, and account identifiers.
Application and license information: application configuration, license keys and status, expiry information, reset requests, and activity records.
Technical and security information: IP address, user agent, timestamps, request metadata, session records, error details, and device identifiers submitted by integrated applications.
Communications: information you include in support, administrative, or security emails.
Donation information: blockchain transactions are public by design. EliteAuth may see the sending address, receiving address, network, amount, and transaction identifier, but does not require a payment account for service access.
3. How information is used
We process information to provide accounts and authentication; operate applications, licenses, sessions, and HWID workflows; secure and troubleshoot the service; respond to requests; prevent abuse; maintain records; comply with legal obligations; and improve reliability and usability.
4. Lawful bases
Depending on applicable law and context, processing may be based on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required.
5. Service providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by infrastructure, database, content-delivery, email, security, and support providers acting on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a legitimate organizational transition. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including account operation, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Retention periods vary by record type. Backups and security logs may persist for a limited period after deletion.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including access controls, credential separation, hashed session tokens, database row-level controls, and encrypted transport when deployed over HTTPS. No system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Requests may require identity verification and may be limited by legal exceptions.
9. Children
EliteAuth is a developer service and is not directed to children. Do not submit a child’s personal information unless you are legally authorized and have provided all required notices and protections.
10. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards should be used for international transfers.
11. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated when revisions are published.
12. Contact
Privacy and account-data requests may be sent to admin@eliteauth.lol. General support is available at support@eliteauth.lol. Security incidents should be reported to security@eliteauth.lol.
